The Blackmagic Pocket Camera 6K Pro is a refined version of the already popular Blackmagic Pocket Camera 6K. Built around the same compact Super35mm camera, the Pocket Camera 6K adds a lot more ground breaking features to help you make the most of your professional workflow.

The Pocket Camera 6K Pro revolves around a Super 35 HDR Sensor that provides 13 stops of dynamic range. This helps you capture a rich degree of tones and contrast along with life like resolution. The Dual native ISO range extends up to 25600 and is capable of taking pictures up to 6144 x 3456 resolution up till 50 fps. The form factor of the camera is slightly larger than the previous 6K. However it retains all the essential factors as its predecessor, such as the Canon EF mount, which means you can use a variety of EF or EF-S lenses. You can use the autofocus, zoom and iris functions in compatible lenses from the camera directly.

Some of the prime improvements in the Pocket Camera 6K Pro include the new 5 inch HDR capable tilting touchscreen. The screen is extremely bright going up to 1500 nits, making it perfect for outdoor shooting. The 6K Pro has built in ND filters for 2,4 and 6 stops, a pro EVF and updated Gen 5 color science. All of these factors make the workflow both enjoyable and professional. With the Gen 5 color science you can easily alternate between the previous BMPCC models for footage.
