Continuous lighting is exactly what it says, It means the lighting which is on continuously. Many photographers and videographers use this technique. It allows them to see how the final result will come out to be prior to taking the click. In many ways, it’s better than strobe or flashes. When using a strobe light, it can give a reflection in the final result. The same may be the issue with using a flash. But in the case of this won’t occur as the person behind the camera already knows where to set and align everything. Many small details can be made perfect through continuous lighting.
Continuous light bulbs can be found as LED lights, fluorescent lights, tungsten light & HMI & plasma lights. We can buy any of these as per our needs. Once we have bought these bulbs then we have to find a supporting stand for this. That can also be of many kinds as per the surrounding and our requirement.
