With exceptional low-light capabilities, ultra-smooth bokeh, and robust build quality, this lens offers a complete package for high-end film production.

Professional-Grade Cine Lens for Full-Frame Cameras

Crafted to deliver full-frame coverage with a wide 43.2mm image circle, the Rokinon XEEN Meister 85mm T1.3 ensures you’re ready for today’s demanding 8K cinema cameras. Whether you’re shooting narrative films, commercials, or music videos, the lens provides sharp, vibrant visuals with minimal aberrations.

This 85mm prime lens produces tight compositions ideal for portraits, interviews, and dramatic shots, all while maintaining excellent sharpness and contrast across the frame.

Blazing Fast T1.3 Aperture for Stunning Low-Light Shots

One of the key highlights of the XEEN Meister 85mm lens is its super-fast T1.3 maximum aperture, which opens creative possibilities for low-light cinematography. This wide aperture not only enables exceptional light intake but also helps achieve a shallow depth of field for a cinematic, dreamy background blur.

Whether you’re shooting at dawn, dusk, or indoors, this lens ensures your footage remains clean, bright, and richly detailed.

Smooth, Natural Bokeh with 13-Blade Iris

For filmmakers, bokeh quality is crucial—and the Rokinon XEEN Meister doesn’t disappoint. Featuring a 13-blade rounded iris, the lens generates smooth, oval-shaped bokeh. The out-of-focus areas appear soft and pleasing, enhancing subjects with a natural background separation that feels immersive and professional.

Precision Focus with 300° Barrel Rotation

The wide 300-degree focus rotation allows for highly precise focus adjustments—perfect for pulling focus smoothly during complex shots. Whether using manual techniques or professional follow focus systems, this extended rotation range offers the control needed for narrative and commercial productions.

Cinematic Gearing for Industry-Standard Rigging

Designed with cinema-friendly 0.8 MOD gears, both the focus and iris rings are fully compatible with industry-standard follow focus systems and lens motors. This ensures seamless integration into your existing cinema rig without requiring extra adapters or adjustments.

The lens’s standard 114mm front diameter makes it fully compatible with most matte boxes, enabling professional control over light and flare without vignetting issues.

X-Coating Technology for Controlled Flare and Ghosting

Rokinon has implemented its proprietary X-Coating technology into the XEEN Meister series, which effectively controls flare, ghosting, and internal reflections. This anti-reflective multi-coating enhances contrast and color accuracy, even when shooting in challenging lighting conditions like strong backlight or bright highlights.

This results in a distinctive cinematic look that retains natural tones and minimizes digital cleanup in post.

Durable Metal Construction with Titanium Front

Built to endure rigorous on-set conditions, the XEEN Meister 85mm lens boasts a solid metal body with a titanium front barrel, ensuring long-term reliability. This premium build not only adds durability but also contributes to the lens’s thermal stability, which is essential for maintaining focus accuracy during extended shoots in variable temperatures.

Luminous Markings for Low-Light Operation

For practical ease during night shoots or dim environments, the lens features luminous markings on both sides of the barrel. These glow-in-the-dark focus and iris scales help operators and ACs make accurate adjustments without the need for external lighting, ensuring uninterrupted workflow on set.

Ideal for High-Resolution Filmmaking and Future-Proof Production

With support for 8K resolution, full-frame coverage, and high-precision mechanics, the XEEN Meister 85mm T1.3 is built to support today’s cutting-edge cameras and future production demands. It’s not just an investment in one lens, but in a long-term tool designed to grow with your gear and your projects.
